One of my chickens laid one of the biggest eggs I have ever seen, OUCH! It was a double yoker.
Fried, over easy, Wheat toast, a side of bacon and a big glass of milk, please.

We got rid of our hens last fall but we used to get some like that quite often. Couldn't fit them in an 'extra large' egg carton so we had to just keep em in a tray in the fridge. The kids always liked putting some eggs in an incubator and hatching them - pretty cool deal and a great learning experience.
Yes, I have 15 in the incubator now. They will hatch in 8 more days.
