The fluorocarbon coating gives it a sinking quality. Being a hybrid, it still will retain some buoyancy

What Dan said. I finally found the info in some reviews at BPS. It still sinks, but not as fast as 100% flouro. I might try some, its very inexpensve. Good morning Dan.

It's a very limp line, kind of like a trilene XL only with more abrasion resistance.
