I admire him for being honest about this.  A lot of guys would have just kept their mouths shut and kept the money.  It sounds to me (and I could be wrong) that he could have done so, but chose not to.  Good for him.  He's known as a good guy in the sport, so I'm glad this isn't turning out to be some major scandal.  So...ya think maybe it's time to change that rule?  I do.  3 violations and 3 DQ's already this year.  Time to re-examine the rule IMO.
