Title: birch lake in cass county

 need to know what to do to beat my uncles and cousins and brothers on this lake for our first Beachy fishing tourney ;D any tips on where the bass and gills might be by now? thanks again..karol

fish worms and jigs on the west shorline, also hit the peirs along there. You will find mostly largemouths wil a bonus smallie possibly thrown in.

 well, we had good tournout with the 3 uncles and 13 cousins ranging from ages 48 - 63.
the winning bass and only legal was around 18" long
and 1 cousin caught the biggest gill i've ever seen.
must have benn 12-13" long on over 1-1/2 lbs.
i caught the 2 biggest perch-also the 2 smallest perch- actually the same 2 fish ;D
only had trouble with one waterskier after that got too close and then they quit after i montioned them to move out and did the "think" signal. still had a good time even with taking my oldest brother who had'nt fish in over 30years. had to teach him all over but it was ok..karol
