Title: Syracuse and Wawasee - LMB and brownies
Post by: fisherbry on August 10, 2009, 10:32:58 AM
Planning a visit to Wawasee this weekend. Looking for info on LMB and brownies. I've heard this lake can be really tough. I'm sure, as always, it's all about location, location, location.

Could anyone please be gracious enough to PM me some info to help me narrow down the search to some productive areas or patterns? I'll be happy to return the favor if anyone is headed down to the Indy area, Monroe, or Patoka.

Thanks a mil!

Tight lines.

pop-r, splash it, or rico in the morning over grass on wawa...

skip 5" wacky sickos under docks or drop shot 4" wacky sickos on the outside weed lines all day.]

                               Good luck,

agree with above, look for some docks with weeds under them.
try a cucumber jig on the weed flats and edges as well as a trap. a canadian mist or slither skirted twin tail will produce also.

buzzbaits along the breakwalls and docks on syracuse can be good too.
