Title: southern lakes

 anybody know anything about birch lake in cass county? i've heard it's deep and clear, almost trout like, how would you fish something like this the first weekend of september?
dropshot or deep dragging tubes or vertical jigging blade baits?

It is stocked with rainbow trout. You will see people fishing for them at night out in the middle over deep water. The lake is clear and has predominitly large mouth but also has some small mouths. Fish the weed edges around the lake and possible dock fish. Their are houses all the way around the lake. The ramp is small and only has parking for about 5-6 rigs.
