I'll be going to Hardy Dam the second week of July. I have never fished Hardy Dam and am looking for any advice. I have heard that boat traffic can get very busy and was thinking of spending time up in the river north of 8 mile. Any help would be appreciated.

I have to fish a little 3 hour 3 fish tournament there tonight. I haven't been there since last year, so I don't know what's really going on, but I'll share what I find tonight with you.
