Dan, if you have a better place for this, please move it there.
On March 6, 2009, a new pro-ethanol lobbying organization called Growth Energy and 54 ethanol manufacturers formally requested that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) increase ethanol blend levels in gasoline up to 15 percent (E15). As is required by law, EPA on April 21 published a Notice for Comment in the Federal Register, beginning a 30-day public comment period.
No outboard built at this time is certified to use gasoline with higher than a 10% ethanol blend. Older outboards are even more susceptible to the effects of ethanol blends.
This proposal has found widespread support from the agribusiness community. As marine enthusiasts, we are nearly 18,000,000 strong. Let your voice be heard. Please go to this NMMA site to fill out and submit your objections and comments. Here is a link to this site:

Me too. I changed to comments a little and added that they please don't MESS WITH MY FISHING!!! ;D
Done. Can you imagine what this area would be like if we lost the fishing/boating industry and the monies it generates locally and from tourism?!
