Half a senko (Yeah right, put that there for Dartag :D).
Probably a 4" or 5" swimbait. I'm thinking one of the Tru-Tungstens I painted up in a bluegill pattern, or, any one of the 5 or 6 others I'm bringing along (I haven't decided).
You?
you never know it could be a drop shot case worm. but i doubt it.
Norman thin N in bluegill pattern
spro minnow 45 jerkbait in black/gold.... hopefully there will be a nice smallie attached it when i bring it back in.
An orange 1/4oz rattletrap. Then, after the Pike grabs it I'll switch to a Minus 1 ;D
Red rattletrap for me and after the pike grabs mine the next lure will have a fuse

I am thinking about starting a pool to see how long it takes a Pike to swim off with Cheetams new Swim Bait. them kent pike are lure snatchers.
100% sure it will be the new Goby color 3 1/2" BLT Swimbait. I will post pic's shortly of this new color which "JL" and I developed with Optimum Swimbaits (A California swimbait mfg).
I'm not afraid to say this may be the most realistic representation of our Great Lakes Smallmouths's daily food source.

Seems kind of rough...?? What did someone do to get you ornery?
I forgot to say ahead of time... but it was a KaRu Vibraspin brown craw (http://www.karulures.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=20&Itemid=32) (think it's called chigger craw). I thought it looked like those mean green sunfish in Kent. Actually, the first fish I caught on it was one of those little mean hybrid sunfish...
But shortly after cameraguy and I left the bridge (after the 1st thunder storm passed) I caught a nice 2 1/2 pound largemouth bass on it. Great start to the Michigan season - the bass swam up about 5 feet from the boat and grabbed the Vibraspin. Got to fish for a little while before the next big thunderstorm boomed in.

Skeetermans comment was directed towards me because I mentioned a bait I should not have for the lake we were fishing. He was not being nasty or anything it was meant as an inside joke.
I figured it was 'secret bait violation' ...
HaHa you cant get me ornary im too nice of a guy.. oh wait i did make myself angry friday on the water but umm lets not talk about that haha..
