Check his eBay store, or contact him directly.  He is a sponsor of the site and has an ad on the right hand side of the page ---->

Best to call him at the toll free number to get the best price on shipping unless you are near Clawson Michigan. You could pick them up from him.

I don't think many of the shops are carrying 100 packs at this time. I believe KD Outdoors has smaller packs if you are ever in Pontiac.

Al & Bobs in Grand Rapids will be carrying them starting this week for anyone in that area. Expect more stores soon - Franks Great Outdoors up in Linwood will have some in stock soon from what I'm told.

Sorry DK...I have to make a correction to your post.  Al & Bob's Sports is located in Grand Rapids, not Hastings.  Al & Bob's is carrying many of the Xtreme products and they should be on the shelf soon.  They are located at 3100 S. Division Ave Grand Rapids 49548.

Whoops... I was thinking of Al & Petes in Hastings because I drove by it twice recently on the way to and from Matteson Marine (http://www.mattesonmarine.com/). I get confused about that all the time. Is it the same Al at both places? ;D

Al & Bob's in GR was started many moons ago by those two guys. Al passed away a long time ago but they kept the same name throughout the years. Bob passed away a few years ago and thats when the current owner bought it. Bob was a good businessman who also owned a number of other properties, including the Holiday Inn in Spring Lake (if memory serves me right). The current owner owned a local auto dealership and is now following his passion. He fishes bass tourneys himself. Again, he keeps the same name since it has become well known over the years.

How do I know all this? I worked at the store for Bob about 20 years ago and still keep tabs on the place. By the way, are you thinking of Bob's Gun & Tackle in Hastings?

Now... I'm really confused. I picture a gas station on the far side (west) of town... and then just past it... some type of tackle shop that my mind just won't let go of the Al & Bob thing on!!! Maybe I'm confusing Al & Pete with Bob's with Al & Bob's??!!? Who couldn't be confused by that?

Now... if that is Bob's I'm thinking of? Who is Pete?!?

For all you east side boys and gals Jackie @ the BP Gas Station on 9 Mile and Jefferson is going to be carrying Waynes tubes as well I believe. Wayne correct me if I'm wrong but I believe so. Oh yeah wayne I am gonna need more twin tail grubs b4 season starts. Are you gonna have them there or any with you @ the DK Open?

Sorry DJK, I thought I was helping and not hurting matters!. And yes, Bob's Gun & Tackle is next to a gas station on the west edge of town, pretty close to where M-37 curves to the north and heads towards Middleville.

Speaking of tackle shops, I will be visiting the Bass Pro store on the way to Chicago on Sunday afternoon. Can't ever pass by that place without wasting an hour (and some cash!)

Yes, Jackie at BP will be carrying even more (a full line) of my tackle and information products this season and that will start very soon.  She has some things left over from last year but in about two weeks we should have her up to speed.  If anyone has not been to her store, it's worth the trip.  She works hard to carry a full line of bass tackle.  The store is in a new addition to the BP gas station at 9 Mile and Jefferson.

The good news for you is that I have a solid supply of my skirted twin tail grubs in Canadian Mist, Formula G3 and the new Slither (dark melon with tinsel flake) which should last most of the season.

Actually, I have yet to make a DK Open but always intend to do so.  We'll see this year.  If Terry Melvin is there he also should be carrying most of my stuff on the tournament trails.

Maybe I was...or was than Grand Rapids last week?  It all runs together.  Hope I can this year then too.

We just stocked up Jackie and her tackle shop at 9 Mile and Jefferson today with 4" and 5" Great Lakes Perch, 4" and DST St. Clair Crayfish and all the top 3 colors in skirted twin tails.  We'll get more in there by next weekend.
