I was at BPS Sunday looking at the new line of Lowrance HD sonar/GPS units. I was told by the salesman that Lowrance will offer side imaging this summer for these units. According to him you will be able to add side imaging to any of the new HD units,all you will need is a different transducer. Has anyone else heard of this?

I have heard from several sources that it is supposed to be announced at the Bassmaster Classic. I haven't heard when it will be available to the public. Can't wait to see one!
