Well it's been 5 days since the Admiral left for the Big Bass in the sky. Where's the report?

Now you all know it's "all about Dan" this week, he'll post a report when he gets back among us common folk next week. Reality will hit him when he gets off the plane and it's -2 outside.

I havent heard from any of the Guys that went down. I guess they must know that they are better than us at this moment and dont want to lower themselves to our level. Right now I wish I would have joined them. I guess we will have to wait a few more days for all of the stories.

Ow ow ow OW! Sorry. Blisters... sunburn. 90 degrees give or take a few when we left the mountain Saturday. 80s in Mazatlan when we boarded the plane.

The Internet doesn't go as far up into the Sierra Madre Mountains as we were (nor phones, TV, radio or carpal tunnel syndrome). Didn't get home until 2 AM last night. Haven't had time to unpack yet let alone look at all the pictures and video to relive the trip of a lifetime (particularly the part where I sold Jack Horning to a commercial fisherman for 80 pesos, a Coca and a 7-Up - AND he threw in a couple tilapia too!!). More to come...

Between the day job and some sleep, it's hard to get anything done ;D

I didn't actually catch any Tilapia, but I did eat a lot of them each day at the big shore lunch siesta. Along with burritos (really soft tacos), awesome homemade french fries, chicken, beans, rice, all the fixins... yum! I think I gained 5 pounds...

Dan, with all the eating, did you manage to find time to do any fishing? Or were you just too full? I also noticed you mentioned the shore lunch and SIESTA, you probably needed a 3 hour nap after all that grazing.

Two anglers and a guide to every boat.

No floating portas. They did have a nice wood box up on a hill with a real live flush terlet in it. It was like magic... ;D
