Yelas in the fast laneJay Yelas apparently has chosen to fish in Anchor Bay's fast lane: He's has two cigarette boat run barely more than a cast away from his front deck. One of the boaters ran past, circled around and made a run even closer, ignoring Yelas waving the driver away.
