DETROIT, Mich. — Seth Feider caught all of his bass in Canadian waters when he won the three-day 2019 Elite Series Angler of the Year championship at Lake St. Clair with a total of 77 pounds, 15 ounces. Stetson Blaylock caught all his fish in U.S.
