Title: Most accurate scale???
Post by: 1javelin on August 03, 2008, 07:53:58 PM
For all of you number crunchers and ounce finders out there, what scale do you think is the most accurate scale for the money?  We use a XTools scale, but sometimes it gives me reason to question it's credibility, and I don't want to do that in a tournament.  What have all of you used and liked through your experiences?

I use the Rapala Scale...It is very accurate when compared to our Club's weigh scales..As far as tournaments go I am not so concerned with Accuracy as I am repeatability...I don't care if it is a pound off as long as it reads a pound off on every fish. That way if I am culling(when i get so lucky) I am always giving up the smaller fish...I just got a balance beam and I am going to try to use that more...
