Title: Chain O'Lakes
Post by: red11186 on July 16, 2008, 01:57:29 PM
I am going to be up in Bellaire this weekend and have found some time to do some fishing. I am going to be staying closest to Lake Bellaire. I am not going to have a boat but was wondering if its possible to shore fish on this lake? If not any lakes in the area? I am excited about making the trip up and would appreciate any help with the area. Have never been before. Thanks.

The only place that you can really shorefish from on Bellaire is at the Fisherman's Paradise launch and the launch on the north end,but that aint much as the dropoffs are a long ways out.  Riverside Marine rents small fishing boats.  They are located in Bellaire itself on the Intermideat river.  Unfourtinatly I have to go downstate<blah> for the weekend or I'd take ya with me.    Are you only gonna be up there for the weekend?
