Title: Proper installation of trailer guide ons
Post by: keithdog on May 18, 2008, 02:41:10 PM
When properly installed on the trailer, how much gap should there be between the hull of the boat and the trailer guide on? I have been told two opinions, one from the tech help at Cabellas, and one from the tech help at BPS. BPS said it should fit close to snug and Cabellas said it should have 3-5 inches gap. So I'm left wondering how much gap there should be. Any suggestions?

mine have about 2" on each side. They should get you close, and the bunkers should do the rest.
