Post by: MadWags on April 14, 2008, 07:38:41 AM
For those that came by the shows this past season, you may have had the oportunity to see the Stealth Technology Salt Water Rods. Among other things these rods feature a titanium wrap in the butt section. Our engineers have extensively tested and prototyped this top secret construction method for bass and walleye rods. Now that the engineering is approved we are moving into the design phase of what will most definitely be one of the most high tech fishing rods available. You heard it first on GLB. The Big Dog Series by Grandt Rods will also be backed by the best warranty in the business. Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. No replacement cost! Just postage. Not $50.00 +, not 55% replacement cost + postage, Just the cost of Fed Ex Airfreight in a tube with insurance. That's $25.00 to most everyplace in the continental US.

Hey... do you guys have a 7 1/2 foot one piece spinning rod that would work good for tossing tubes a long ways on the Great Lakes (or anywhere else for that matter)??

Cool - I was looking for you on the lake today... sadly... I did not find you... but I did see a lady from work who has been woefully underfished this year. So glad you could make it out there marymom!

I only have a 6'6" Medium Light action Spinning Rod. I have used it for jerkbaits and tubes so far. I am amazed by the power of this rod. Jim is currently working on some 7' blanks. The new reel seats are infused with epoxy color to create a swirl design. Really cool!

So Grandt won't be able to make it to the Grand Rapids show this year? Guess I better make sure I look for the new spinnerbait rod this weekend. I'm hoping for a 7' rod for flinging over those open water flats.
