Title: Who's tried any of the Salmo crankbaits?
Post by: djkimmel on March 23, 2008, 10:54:14 PM
I have a few of the Salmo crankbaits. They have some very nice, realistic looking crankbaits. I particularly like their perch imitations - some of the best looking copies of a perch.

Who's tried them? They have some larger crankbaits for big fish too. Some wide, slower wobblers and faster swimmers like a shad rap. Salmo is trying to get more involved in the US market. Check out their finishes sometime and you'll see what I mean about the realistic imitations.

Those Koppers baits are available at D&R Sports. I just got the lipless crankbaits and the deep diving craw crankbait and they are awesome looking baits, better than the picture looks. Can't wait to try them out, probably in a couple weeks.
