If you haven't already I'd recommend going to a reliable and trustworthy hobby shop and maybe get them appraised because you "could" be sitting on a gold mine. I have friends in the business who have a life subscription to Beckett and other Hobby Collector Valuation resources and could try to get you some info.

Hockey / Baseball Cards are the most popular and people tend to be more avid collectors of them (no surprise). However novelty sets like NASCAR, (Bassmasters at one point I think?) etc tend to disappear after the novelty wears off making them in some cases extremely rare. So depending on their condition, rarity etc they may be worth more than you realize. I can do some digging and let you know what I can find out if you want?
