Title: Senko Type Baits
Post by: McCarter on February 20, 2008, 01:11:33 PM
Just wondering what everyones favorite colors are in Senko types, or soft stick baits if you will.

Nemesis Baits is gearing up for the big Wonderland Marine West Fishing Extravaganza and we are stocking up on our hand poured plastics.  We will have all the classic colors:  Green Pumpkin, JuneBug, Black with Blue Flake, Watermelon, White with Black Flake, KLK (my favorite), KLB (Kevin Lynn Barrows color), Smoke with holo.  Im just wondering what colors you guys really like in a soft stick.

McCarter himself :-\'

green pumpkin/black flake, watermelon/red flake, green pumpkin/purple flake, smoke/purple flake and pearl/no flake. Also plain smoke. Have you tried to make the laminate colors? Green pumpkin and watermelon laminated are good and also an orange/black swirl are good. Tiki Man makes an orange/black swirl in the 4 in. and they look alot like night crawlers. Would you say your sticks are like the slim senko or the regular one?

Last weekend in March, GreatLakesBass.com site sponsor Wonderland Marine West is holding their free parking, free entry 2-day Extravaganza in Howell Michigan at their facility. Boat deals and a number of quality tackle vendors including Xtreme Bass Tackle and possilby Mike's Rx Baits, along with product knowledge experts from some of the electronics dealers and others.

Totally agree with Djkimmel on this one hit up the Wonderland Marine Extravagana. It'll be fun and informational. Ive been working with them on a Boat and they're top notch. If you get an opportunity talk to Ralph Blasely. He'll treat you great and a great man. And definately talk to Brian McCarter and Nemesis Baits. If you need some good baits and to talk to a TOP NOTCH PERSON. What a great guy.-skeeterman-
