One word:

WonderlandMarineWest.

Its actually a combination of 3 words, but i cleverly left out the spaces in between, therefor making it one word.

If they dont have what your looking for, no one does.

McCarter himself :-\'

Regardless of boat brand or where you find it, be sure to check out the motor with a good mechanic.  For 8500 you are going to get something that is well used and out of warranty.  You can still find something decent, but be careful.  You might get a "steal of a deal" on a boat for 8500 only to have a powerhead go down - minimum cost of a remanufactured powerhead is 3500, and can be as much as 7000, so take that into consideration.

Be sure to:
-  Run a compression check
-  Run a leakdown test
-  Inspect lower unit fluid for water or metal shavings
-  Check motor mounts for excess play
-  Check water pressure
-  Check alternator/stator output
-  Check prop shaft

Good luck!!
Seth
