Taking my boat hoist out today and all of a sudden I am stuck at the back cross bar. Could not get free of the line. Luckily I had a pair of cutters with me to cut some of the line loose. Must have been 65 lb test or higher. The hook was stuck in my boot luckily it didn't go through. When I took my dock out last week I got 2 wacky rig hooks and a jig. Funny part is there are rarely bass under my dock. Guess I will start yelling at dock fishermen like the other people do.
Can I please have my stuff back? :P
You're a lucky guy! I've avoided some dock fishing this year because I'm really rusty and I don't want to leave a trail of lures behind me.
Practice is how you get better... I learned a lot this year on Union Lk. ;D
Funny I never get any Drop Shot Rigs. Sorry Mike it went in the trash along with the other stuff. We did have a good Zebra Mussel harvest this year. That is a gob of them attached to the hoist. They sure like attaching themselves to Aluminum.
I would take credit for it but I think everyone knows I wont drive that far...lol
