Stetson Blaylock's Recipe for a Wacky RigFrom March until the end of the fishing season I'm going to have a wacky rig on deck. It's a really effective way to fish anytime the fishing is tough, or if the fish are up cruising banks. Anytime fish are about 5 feet deep or less, I can catch them on the wacky rig.
