Title: Where should I be looking for bass in small lakes and ponds?
Post by: detroithiker on September 16, 2015, 07:30:32 AM
I am very new to this and enjoying the research and practice, I have not been frustrated yet.
I have learned the casting basics sort of :), I need to learn where to look for bass in small lakes and ponds, there isn't always swamped logs and overhanging trees around and I don't own a fish finder what else do I look for?

Weed beds, lily pads and any other cover. Docks if you can get under them.
