Browning is having a hard time hooking up. He's had several good fish swat at his ChatterBait as it leaves the water. With 3 fish for around 9 pounds, he's realistically two casts away from winning this thing. He knows it, too, and with every glimpse of "what might have been," it gets a little more frustrating.
