Todd Faircloth won $100,000 on Sunday at the Bassmaster Elite on Lake St. Clair. On stage – he talked of how smallmouth bass can be fickle, nomadic, and hard to trust. One day you know just where to find and catch them – and the next day – you return to the same area of the lake – and they’re gone. Faircloth stated comically, “Smallmouth are like a bad girlfriend – you never know when she might cheat on you.”
