Parmer Wins On The OhioMike Parmer of Metropolis, Illinois, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 12 ounces Saturday to win the second Walmart Bass Fishing League Illini Division tournament of 2015 on the Ohio River. For his victory, Parmer earned $4,119.
