Exit ramps closed off from I-75 to I-94 and on up the line without warning from Friday 9 pm to late Sundays :o :o :o :o Made it real hard for a non-local to get up to Harley or any of the ramps and the Hotels. No Detour routes marked. Just a heads ups and warning use all due caution. A Real Suck Egg Deal going and coming on the week end. 8)
Sorry to hear that. Don't know what that is all about though they seem to like messing up traffic over there from an out-stater's point of view too.
Fishing was good once we got up towards Harrison Twp 8) Locals know away around this mess but out of area does not. All I wanted to do was get on I-94 from I-75. No detour signs or nothing. Tried to do I-75 to I-696 to I-75 coming home. Well that was closed up and did not work. Fish was great at thats what was important. Downtown Detroit is not the place to be towing a boat tring to get get on or off Interstate :) :) :) unless you have extra Mags for a Glock :)
Glad you enjoyed the fishing. Sorry they messed up the roads to make your drive more challenging. Safe drive home.
Hope I cured the problem :) When I got back went to Amazon and order a New Whiz Bank Garmin 2792 with traffic and 7" screen. Hope this helps but traffic on GPS is only as good as the city and it's support. Looking forward to heading back up in fall before y'all's water get hard :) :) Last fall we had a great Big Fish trip. Best 5 on rainy Tuesday and 15mph winds of 27 lbs. Two over 6 lb. 8) 8) Guys you got a great lake look after it, the pressure on it is having a effect for sure.
The lake will be fine. The opened up all the exit ramps as soon as you left town ;D
That figures :) I guess they the Great State was POed due to the amount of Budlight we were hauling without the 10 cent a can Billy Carter tax :) :) Great Lake guys, yes I would love to live up there for about 90 days every spring :) Y'all come on down south when you water get hard this winter. Interstate runs both ways 8)
