has there ever been a need for a plan B? i'm hope that the weathermen are just throwing showers and a thunderstorm on Saturdays forecast just to cover their own butts, this does happen on the leading edge of a cold front, which it is but just in case....plan B anyone?
Kent Lake or Cass would be a great option. Been on St Clair in thunderstorms. Not a lot of places to hide.
Might have to re-evaluate what I do Saturday morning. But it's Michigan so you never know what the weather is.
I'll be at Harley Ensign around ~7 am no matter what and decide based on what I see. They've been wrong the other times in the past and I heard one forecast that said the activity would be later in the day. We've been done and off the lake before when the wind/weather has hit. Because the forecasts have been off so much I'm not making any changes until I get to the lake and see for myself. Then I can see what we have going on actually.
Of course, you are all able to make your own decisions but I won't have the event if there is lightning. If there is just strong wind I may wait it out or go largemouth fishing with anyone who wants to go... won't know until I get there and see what I see.
i will be there, i hope if any storms come we will be off the water by then
I'm taking the gamble.....3 hour drive. Can't wait.
I'll be there no matter what.

i sure hope these guys are right this time
The largemouth fishing should be great.
The smallie fishing is going to be great. Positive thoughts. I'm hoping we can duplicate last Saturday, 25 pounds 15 ounces.
The forecast is looking better. I think we'll all catch some bass!
They are calling for pretty calm winds too and it does look like a lot of the stuff won't come until tomorrow evening. I'll be there!
Sounds good to me!
