What does everyone reccomend for cleaning up a canvas boat cover. I've gotten some pretty rough looking spots where the water collects. :-\'

It is also recommended that you use a canvas treatment products that will also help protect the material, generally mild soap and water with a soft bristle brush is fine, another good tip is to spray it off once a week or so to keep things from staining it.
