<p>A wet and cold Day 2 morning greeted anglers as they set out on Lake Norman. A 100 percent chance of rain today with a high in the low 50s. That's going to make the conditions uncomfortable for anglers to fish in, but should have these fish biting. With 87 limits yesterday, not sure they can bite any better. But the big ones may get active today.&nbsp;</p>
