Title: Ranger Boat cover question
Post by: Dan on February 10, 2015, 12:27:53 PM
Friend of mine has a Ranger boat and needs to replace one of the ratchets that the cover of the boat has. It's akin to the type of ratchet you have on your trailer that hooks to the boat to tighten things down so the boat doesn't bounce around. There are two ratchets on the Ranger cover that you use to tighten the cover with. They really cinch it down tight. Anyway he somehow lost one and needs to get another. He lives north of Ludington and I told him I'd try to hunt one down for him here on the Grand Rapids area. Started my search here. If you know of a place I can call and order one and have sent to him, I'd appreciate it.

or you may want to call ranger Parts at 1-800-724-7273. Give them your serial number of the boat and they will get you exactly what you need

Lots of guys buy the generic boatbuckle if you don't want the ranger logo and price on it.

Thanks guys. I did see where boat buckle makes a generic version, it's just a matter of finding who all sells boat buckle products.

Mike, I gave my friend Rick your number. He said he was going to call when he got off work. Thanks!
