I tried the O-Wacky tool O-ring method of fishing a senko this past Saturday while fishing smallmouth on Lake St. Claire. I have to report that they work as advertised. I caught at least 30 bass (mostly smallies), 6 of them over 3 pounds (including a 4 lb 3 oz pig) and used only 4 Senkos the entire day. That is some sort of record I'm sure. 30 fish and only 4 senkos. In fact, the 4th one is still on the rod I was using.
I highly recommend this product (and no, I have no dealings with the manufacturer). My guess is this $5 product saved me $20 in soft plastics in one day.
I agree. I've had similar success with mine.
I've already saved the price of the tool in soft plastics that I haven't used.
If ya know what I mean....
Someone on this site sold those tools and I bought a couple and have been very impressed with them as well. Well worth the money.
Tom will shoot me soon if I don't git er done, but I'm adding the tool and o-rings to the GLB Store. Working on a new store actually too. I have the tool and like saving money on my Xtreme Bass Tackle X-worms.
