went out on east bay the last two night to see what was up on the big waters. I soon found out how spoiled I really am to live in the area. Saturday evening I went out around 6:30 and was able to catch 22 smallies with the smallest weighing around 2lbs. Last night I decided to go north and was able to find some nice weed patches holding large numbers of smallies. I had to suffer bringing another 17 to the boat. It sure was a shame I couldnt find anyone to come with either nights.
Say the word and I'm on my way. Hope to get out there this week some time.
hope you didnt go out tonight it was a weeee bit on the choppy side. I live on the peninsula, so I had to go down and check out the waves. I bet you could almost surf with the size of the waves breaking on the rock line.
