Just wondering if I missed it all with only the 1 trip to the Muskegon Channel...?? Though... 1 is better than none!

Some are still being caught but not in the numbers like the "main run" ...

I'm done for the year, have not been out since before Thanksgiving. I would wait until next year to come back out Dan.

Might be heading out tonight... not sure yet.  My bet is there are fewer fish being caught now than last week or the week before.  But it's fishing... and I need to go fishing!!  :o

If I lived closer I would follow that thought process. I'm birding while working on websites today instead...

Oh... and that bass season thingy... B.A.S.S. Nation meeting this weekend to speak at.

I did not make it out there the other night.  My buddy had too much going on and I didn't feel like going alone.  I hear it's about over though.

Yeah I'm writing it off until next year. On to the next new challenge whatever that may be...

We have sold out of every jig we had at Cabelas. Guys are still coming in looking for them, but from what I hear it's nearing its waning moments. It appears to have been a good year though. Cabelas Real Image 3/4 and 1 oz jigs, size nine jigging rapalas, P-Line jigs, hopkins are some of the most requested.

We like the Bass Pro Shops. tungsten spoons.  They are smaller for their weight, don't seem to be as affected by the current, and have a little bit smaller hook (we replace the stock hook of course).
