What is B.A.S.S. Brawl?</h3>
<p>Randy Howell and David Walker will take to the Tennessee River in the shadow of Neyland Stadium this Thursday. Both anglers will be in the same boat as they try to catch the most, biggest, and first fish of the day. &nbsp;After one hour of fishing, they will swap positions and boats, allowing each guy to have a chance at the front of the boat.</p>
