Those Goby head jig heads with the Gamagatzu hooks. Who sells them the cheapest. These are the ones Mark Zona designed.

terrystackle.com has a version, they are called a goby head.  Also, dhuff makes a similar jig for me and him.  Don't know if he sells them.

Hey Savage.? I don't have a picture of the actual jigs I make.  However, they look just like the big dude gobyhead jigs from bite me jigs.  If you are interested just let me know.
