<p>After most of the day without any cell service, I'm finally back in range enough to check in and see how things are going.</p>

<p><span style="line-height: 19.2000007629395px;">I was with Faircloth, who was fishing in Fairport, Mich., some 30 or more miles straight east of Escanaba and across Big Bay de Noc.</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="line-height: 19.2000007629395px;">Faircloth can see the boundary line of acceptable fishing water for this event.</span></p>
