Title: Best fishing phone
Post by: Manxfishing on July 31, 2014, 11:00:05 PM
Tonight we fished Woodland
And we did all right, the fish look heathy
But coming in, I jumped off off the bow and watched the cell pone go in the water
It was at the end of the dock. And i could see it down there in 6-7 fow
No net so we flipped for it, the other guy lost and so he dove for the phone

It's just a old brick style flip phone Motorola Tundra
But I need the Sim card even if the phone was junk
Kind of surprised it was still on. And even after being in 6-7 fow for 10 min's
I just wiped it down and it's working fine
For me it's priceless. I'm sure no I-phone can do that

I sell a case for the iPhone that would allow it to do that.  It's almost as expensive as the iPhone!!!

This is why I bought the "life proof" case for my I phone.... But it wont help much if it's dropped in water you cant find it in... LOL

I often recommend NOT dropping your phone into lakes... we nerds call that 'a bad outcome'

Lifeproof I-phone case great and mucho $$. It was so Life Proof could not hear it ring unless listening for it. Talk was mussy on speaker. Went and purchase Defender Case for i-phone. Works much better but not water proof. Otter Box makes some of the best. Best save receipt for one year warranty it clip breaks.
