Title: golf course fishing

if you had the chance to fish a golf course what would you throw? spinnerbait, squarebill, jig ,or a topwater? our local park department is having a fundrasier and my son jumped at the chance to do this and wants me to go with him so need your tips..thanks.Karol

I have fished a lot of golf courses ponds on Devil's Ridge Golf Course.  Best baits for me have been yum dingers, Texas rigged craws, poppers and frogs.

I fish a lot of golf  course  ponds, sinkos and small jerk baits work best for me.

These are voracious critters ! 4 in sickos, bullet craw, or even a Dropshot with an 1/8 weight is fine..... Lighter and smaller is better for kid fishing.  Heck go with a simple Mr twister for him, or a purple worm with the white stripe !
