Faulkner's first win on Cherokee LakeJack Faulkner II of Jacksboro, Tenn., weighed a five-bass limit totaling 16 pounds, 11 ounces Saturday to win the fourth Walmart Bass Fishing League Volunteer Division tournament of 2014 on Cherokee Lake. For his victory, Faulkner earned $3,718.
