June 7th Kent lake. If you have never been to this it is an amazing event. I will be there.

Is there a registration fee to enter? Any other details would be helpful. My son has a baseball game at three, but I see the tourney only goes until 1pm, so there is a chance I could fish.
It is a fun event no entry fee, no prize money. You bring your boat and take a vet fishing. Some have fished before and others have not. Most don't have equipment so you supply it. Last year I took an amazing young lady who lost a leg in Iraq. They bring a weigh in trailer and have an official weigh in. There is food at the end for all.
It is all about getting a vet in a boat for the morning.
Is the weigh in at 1pm or is the event over by 1pm? I would really love to come out.
the fishing ends at 1:00. You trailer to the site which is in the middle of the park. Weigh you fish and get some photos with your vet. You could be done after that if you didn't want to stay for the food. You could be on the road by 1:45 at the latest.
