Great article.  Really making me rethink what kind of floro I buy.

I wouldn't rethink on too much until they test wet and not dry line. Nice to see someone is attempting to compare lines but from various forums and the discussion I've seen. I wouldn't put too much into yet.

Seagaur and Sunline for me..

It sounds to me like they have way too many variables to draw reliable conclusions from the tests.  When I read "we ran out of X brand of line to continue testing it", I nearly lost interest.  You can run all of the controlled tests you want but there is no substitute for drawing your own conclusions from on the water experience.

I'd not put too much weight into this and continue to fish with what you feel has served you the best out in the trenches.

I will say that I just used Maxima Ultra Green monofilament down in Tennessee for 6 days in and around some very tough rocky structure and it held up superbly.  I did not notice any significant (if any) differences with the Maxima mono compared to the fluoro I was using.  I do not suggest Maxima Fluoro.  I either got 2 bad spools last year or their line is pretty poor.  I would not suggest it.

Seaguar is also some pretty good line in my opinion and held up well.

My 2 cents..

Wow...10lb Gamma did very well, compared to 12 & 14 lb lines.

Hummmmmm...I know what I am buying.  No brainer there.
