start calling marinas even out of state. last year when i was looking for a 200hp outboard no one in the state had a merc 200 in stock let alone at the price i could find them in Indiana, Tenn. Alabama i don't know why but there prices were 1-2k less than what a michigan dealer coud get one for. i ended up at http://www.shermsmarine.com/ b/c the price was right my lender (rec Lending) had done business with sherm before. just start calling around you might find a 135hp or smaller right here in Mi the pontoon boat state.

It's a little late in the season to find many 2013 models still around in that size.    I'd suggest calling around to a bunch of dealers to see if they have any last year's model motors they are looking to move.  You've got a bunch of them up your way.  That way, you can get the warranty, but can save off the price of the 2014's.  Van's Sports in GR is a Merc & Yamaha dealer so you can see all of the different model numbers at once on their site (http://www.vanssports.com/new-outboard-motors).  I get most of my Merc parts of from there and they are mostly a re-powering and repair shop.

I bought a scratch and dent 225hp from these folks in Mo.  www.theboatshopinc.com  The cowl of the motor had a one inch smudge other than that the motor is perfect.

They install for warranty purposes. Great people.
