Looks like Freddy Roumbanis, Edwin Evers, David Walker were a few of the guys that will be weighing in the high teens or low twenties. Weigh-in is suppose to start soon, but Davey Hite did a short live broadcast as the boats pulled out. KVD is around 14-15. Still has a shot.
My fantasy team on bassmaster is Evers, Kilgore, Paluniuk, Thomson, and Pirch. Hoping these guys put up some big weights the next couple days. Lots of swag to win! Evers is making me proud right now.
Did I see first place pays 300,000.00 Didn't they used to pay 500 thou.
There are some great video clips from Go Pros. Freddy Roumbanis catching the big one is neat.
I thought it used to be 500,000. If it changed I'm not sure. Life changing money either way. At least for me!
I see they are using Dan's photos and giving him credit. To think we knew him before he was famous.
Last year first paid 500 grand. Not sure if the payout changed or it was a typo.
Maybe it was a typo. I would think at least a couple guys would complain about first place pay being cut by 40%, even if it is still a lot of money.
Willie
It has been cut. Found this from last year. In my BASS magazine it says pros fishing for 300,000.00. Still not bad for 3 days work.

No one has asked for my autograph. I'm still paying full price...
I do have more conservation work to do and meetings to attend... and I could use some help at Outdoorama this week... :D
Flying back in tomorrow afternoon. I hope all the snow is gone and it's at least 60 degrees out!?! (don't tell me if it isn't...)
My fantasy team did terrible! I'm firing all of them! ;D
Bigtime congratulations though to GreatLakesBass.com member Paul Mueller on coming soooooo close to being the 2nd federation angler to win the Bassmaster Classic!!!! Paul was one excited angler today!
Only the 3rd federation angler to finish 2nd (or maybe 4th?) in the Bassmaster Classic. Check out Facebook www.facebook.com/greatlakesbass for a few pics. More pictures and video to come, but first I have to get through Outdoorama this week.
PS: I think we made some progress this week during the B.A.S.S. Conservation Summit too!
