<p>Casey Ashley is known for his ability to sack bass in shallow water. He's geared up for shallow bass this morning. I see a couple of crawfish colored crank baits, shallow runners. And at least four of the six rods on his front deck are matched with jigs in different colors. The word is that crankbaits and jerkbaits &nbsp;are going to be a big players in this tournament, but I certainly expect jigs to play a big role here. Jigs catch big bass, and they are great cold water baits.</p>
