Lugar plans to be mobile<p>Virginia's Jeff Lugar plans to do a "whole lot of moving around today," fishing multiple areas with a variety of presentations. He predicts it'll take 28-30 pounds today "just to be in contention;" so there's no saving anything for tomorrow.</p>
