Interesting tests. I used the XPS and P-Line Florocarbon last year and just stocked up on some Halo yesterday before I read the test. I would not have changed my choices, but good information.
Very interesting. I did buy some of the Halo a few weeks ago to use, and am sure I will still use it. Is there a better knot to tie with it than the palomar, besides that goofy knot where you cut the line in four spots?(I think Skeet Reese uses that knot.) :-[
Good info, wish I had this before I spent all that money trying all the different lines. Their results were very similar to what I found. I've been using xps for the last few years, I'll stick with it.

I"ll stick with the bps stuff I stumbled on by coincidence - worked well for me last year. I am going to give the Halo a try. Looks like Vanish still has its issues, and suffix didn't even make the show.

I fished both days last weekend all day using Halo on both my tube rod and my darter rod. I love the stuff! My past experiences with flouro have been quite unpleasant to say the least. Fished 9 hours Saturday and 6 more on Sunday with ZERO problems. :o
