Have problems seeing hook eyes to tie knots in small diameter fluro?

I have 3 pairs of these. They take a little while to get used to but once you do they are great.

I just have my bifocals built into my prescription sunglasses. They too are wrap around. They don't look like bifocals thought since they are really progressive lens.
I don't have Rx lenses - lasik 15 years ago still working well.
I was more looking to keep my high end polarized lenses of choice - oakley, costs, ....etc while still being able to tie knots.
great idea, these micro/nano guides are getting to be a real pain
